Complete CON artist who took my money and
offered a terrible service.
SUNDEEP GUPTA arrived two hours late
Lied about experience with old properties
Attempted to survey outside in the dark (no
torch)
Took multiple private phone calls on site
Was in a hurry to leave, ignored my questions
and drove off
Offered Ill, incorrect and dangerous
advice
Missed multiple critical points such as
rotten timbers which were all clearly visable
and exposed
Refused to return to carry out the survey
correctly
Ignored my emails and calls for three
months!
I have had this work completed again and the
other company was SHOCKED at SUNDEEP GUPTAs
suggestions and said we could have DIED if
completed the works and used the building!
Once SUNDEEP GUPTA finally answered my call
he invented excuses that he had moved back to
india and wasnt working as this company
anymore even though he answered a 0207 number
and his mobile had an internal ring tone..
SUNDEEP GUPTA IS DANGEROUS!
