Minus 5 stars. Had my appointment pushed 4 times and cancelled twice in 2 days without any communication. I had to call THEM to find out what was going on, despite "personal" guarantees that I would be contacted regarding any problems as I'm due to give birth and have a 2 year old to keep warm and clean. We were waiting in a freezing house for hours for 2 days with a query about a carbon monoxide leak from our boiler, which one would think would be a bit of a priority. Don't use this company if you have even the lowest expectations of customer service.
I would definitely recommend Enfield Plumbers EN2, the service provided was exceptional. All my questions were answered and I was completely aware of what was being done. The final outcome was superb, clearly done by a man who is passionate about his work.
