CALL-A-CAB - DENTON, GR

Arrogant driver, driving a VW Touran shouted abuse and swearing after driving fully on to the pavement to get past us. We were only reversing onto driveway on Ashwood Ave - he was stopped longer, shouting abuse than he would have been if he'd just waited patiently. Happened approx 8:15pm today, shouting "I've got money to make you f****** b****!" Great standards, portraying a professional image - I'd expect disciplinary action if anyone acted like this at our company. Had to select a star to register 'review'

To give them one star seems abhorrent. I booked a taxi from Manchester and even rang on the day to make sure the booking was still ok, they ensured me they would be there. When it came to the pickup time, we rang them to make sure we were waiting in the right place. The man informed me 'we don't have a booking under your name, love' and was almost sniggering about it. They knew VERY well that they had a booking - I had paid in advance! As far as I'm concerned they are a scamming company who has every intention of taking money and never turning up. I had ignored the rest of the bad reviews because it was so cheap but NEVER AGAIN! STAY AWAY!

Recently used this service for an appointment at Ashton Primary Care Centre. My driver was called Paul, who was a very courteous man who arrived bang on time. We also felt lucky to get Paul to drive us home after I'd had minor surgery. Many thanks Paul? I've used this taxi service for years & never been disappointed.

Do not use this taxi company! Awful customer service! taxi driver used foul, threatening and abusive language, smoked a cigarette in the car before I got in with my child! Was told that they do not take complaints about taxi drivers and to take my complaint to the police instead. I will never use this company again! Would give 0 stars if possible.
