Not even worth a star. Job was agreed but they didn't turn up when promised. Tried ringing and ringing but wouldn't answer. Eventually got a friend to ring up from a different phone which they answered. They told him I had to find someone else to do the job because I hadn't returned a call from them 3 days prior. This was rubbish as I'd called them back twice that day and I'd even left a voice mail. So because of this, they refused to take my calls on the morning the job was supposed to start. He didnt even have the courtesy to ring me himself. M*** is a lying cowboy with absolutely no professionalism at all. Stay away!!!

I contacted Mike Moores with a deep mistrust of builders due to past experience with contractors. I had his firm do repointing at the back of my house and also he did my bathroom. I found Mike and his team friendly, efficient and most of all reliable. The work they do is of a high standard every time. I would definitely recommend M and F builders...I found Mike easily contactactable and very trustworthy. The fact that it is a family run business is also very reassuring .. Any woman who is head cook and bottle washer of her household believe me you can trust Mike and his team. My faith in builders is now renewed... Thanks Mike .

In June of this year I needed my gable pointing whilst I had scaffolding erected for a dorma loft conversion, So I contacted Mike from M&F Builders and he turned up when he said he would to give a quotation . I was happy with his quote and they turned up when they said they would and completed a great job of my gable . They were efficient, pleasant and cleaned up all of the mess created by the raking out. Because of this good workmanship and Mikes easy to deal with manner I have decided to let them do the brickwork on my kitchen and garage extension. I Found them great and no hassle at all .
