I was told my high lights were £70 I asked if that was with a cut... he said yes..told afterwards no cut extra. I was in the salon 2 1/2 hrs noone spoke to me the staff all talking in their own language. The guy doing my hair left me for 15 mins to go do eye brows. Even though he hadn't done the high lights on the right side or the front of the head . He then left me for 20 mins when he came back I queried the fact one side had been left on longer he said it would be ok . But the left side is lighter than the right. Bad result after spending £85 didn't feel like a valued customer.
Bad threading of my eyebrows this morning. They completely asymmetrical and one has eyebrow hair completely shortened when it shouldn't have been cut. I am REALLY ANNOYED. I would not recommend threading by the young girl here.
