Using them last few weeks was a Johnsons customer prior to their closing What a difference my suits and shirts like new and on a real suit hanger so far not one stain have I found. Wow they are quite amazing

I took 2 chinese hand made dresses to be cleaned and pressed, as I had bought them in Hong Kong, I had never worn either of them, but one had a tailors chalk mark on the frog fastening on the front and the other had a small mark on the side of the skirt just above the side split. My husband said that no one would notice but I did so I took it to be cleaned.
One of the dresses I was going to wear to my sons wedding.
When I went to collect them. The one I was going to wear for the wedding had 3 marks on it ! and I was concerned that I had one mark on it ! All 3 marks were bigger and more noticeable than the original mark. They said the cleaning had brought out any existing stains in the fabric !! I am very unhappy as I then was unable to wear the dress for my sons wedding. The counter assistant called the manager, who was very rude to me and said it was not their fault and asked me to leave the shop if I was not happy. I will never visit the store again. ! !

I know frankie and malcolm personally. I knew Malcolm when he sold machines and he always thought quality would sell.He bought his own business and said he would concentrate on quality,and hoped he would persuade other cleaners in the area to do the same. I'm pleased his son in following with the same outlook. N.H
