I've been a member of this gym for a whole year now, and i don't care this place very much atall... The Owner Will Walk Around Giving people Terrible Lifting Advice when the guy Himself Does not Lift.. They have Three Personal Trainers that have not Really had much gym experience themselves so i Believe That They have No place charging 20\25 Pound An Hour... It Is A Place That only Really cares for you If You are Paying thier trainers for Their Trash workouts.... Would highly recommmend dereham leisure as a much better option..
