Rotten company. Tiler told me that every box opened had at least one tile broken which he said was not normal and I when I tried to take a couple of boxes back I was told I Couldn’t because on the invoice it claims they were a special order when in fact they were in stock and I was told I could bring back any full boxes back with a 20% handling charge fee and at £32 per meter were described as a basic range by assistant and I had to buy a full box for the sake of 1tile reason being there policy is not to open another box because of COVID. I will not buy from this company again.
