THIS LAST ORDER PLACED WITH TOOLSTATION AND DESPACHED ON 7TH APRIL DID NOT GET DELIVERED HERE TO OUR ADDRESS AND WE WERE IN ALL WEEK WE DID TRACK IT AND FUTILE REASON GIVEN UNABLE TO LOCATE THIS IS THE 98TH PARCEL SENT FROM TOOLSTATION AND YOU FOUND US EACH TIME WITH 2 SIGNS ON OUR GATE POSTS AND 4 NAME OF ROAD SIGNS ON HILL 2 AT THE TOP AND 2 AT THE BOTTOM / ONLY 1 HOUSE ON OUR POST CODE / NOW EXCUSES ARE WE HAVE RUNG YOUR MOBILE OF WHICH I CHECKED AND NO CALL OR CALLS RECEIVED / NO MESSAGE ON MAIN PHONE IETHER NOW AT THE UMTEENTH TIME OF ASKING IT HAS BEEN DROPED OF AT THE POST OFFICE WHICH I NOW HAVE TO COLLECT SO IT IS FRIDAY 10TH APRIL 2015 / PARCEL FORCE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE CARPET FOR MESSING THE CUSTOMER A BOUT / PULL YOUR SOCKS PARCEL FORCE UP RUBBISH SERVICE NO CALL AT ALL FROM YOU LOT

TERRIBLE , ITEM ARRIVED WITH PACKAGE SHOWING SIGNS OF TAMPERING WITH, REFUSED TO TAKE PARCEL BECAUSE OF ABOVE MENTIONED, DRIVER PHONED DEPOT AND WAS TOLD TO OPEN IT AND CHECK CONTENTS , THE TWO WATCHES WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN IN THE PACKAGE , HAD BEEN STOLEN ON ROUTE TO MY HOME ADDRESS , TERRIBLE SERVICE , WATCH SUPPLIER I BOUGHT IT FROM, CONFIRMED THEY WERE IN PACKAGE WHEN POSTED, HE IS STILL HAVING TROUBLE GETTING IS REFUND, AS HE HAD TO REFUND ME FORE WATCHES BOUGHT THAT NEVER ARRIVED

Terrible service. Said they delivered when I was home and have a dog who barks everytime anyone knocks door. Said driver would have put note explaining where my parcel was next and No note (that's why I even more believe they didn't deliver), tried my local post office which is 5 minutes away and they never took it their, now been on the phone for 20 minutes and no answer, so now looks like I have to go to Bristol ( I live in Wales) to collect. Disgusted with this service after paying a lot of money for it to be delivered to my home. I will be contacting the company I brought through to let them know of the shoddy delivery people they have chosen.

Bunch of muppets!!!! Expecting a parcel for my daughters birthday, stayed in all day, had a text message to say the driver called but nobody was in and left a card???? Called parcel force cued on the phone for 1 hour, spoke to a very helpful lady who tried to look on the drivers GPS tracker with no luck but looked on the drivers log which stated that the driver had attempted to drop two parcels on totally different postcodes at 15.13, driver didn't even come close toy address.
