Called for re delivery and took a day of work only for parcel not to arrive, called this morning to be told my redelivery hadn't been actioned, abysmal service.
Our supplier sending stuff with APC...for
past few months and delivery driver behaviour
is terrible, always in rush and banging door
and recently when he come to door because
raining his behaviour totally unacceptable
and shouting outside how OPEN THE
F.....GDOOR....NOW this kind or behaviour
from driver you get very very bad...I did
complain to their office and report about
this and nice lady who answer did apologies
about his behaviour but still I would not
recommend anyone to use this delivery service
and also I will ask my supplier to change the
delivery company to DPD...they do great Job
with acceptable manner.
