Standard of kitchen is very good,pity the customer service isn,t doesn't,t come up to the same standard.I was told it should take three weeks or thereabouts it went into the fifth week.I.ve known a kitchen my neighbour had took 2 weeks ,the fitter said the way it was going it should be finished in a good 2 weeks?.If the fitter was there more ,sometimes started at 9.30am and finished at 1400/1500.It seems they had at least 2 jobs going at the same time and Iwas the one who had to put up with with the time,I,ve used them before but I won,t again and Iwill not recommend.h

Good quality product and workmanship. Customer service appalling! Due to an accident involving a fitter job put back on the morning of the job. These things happen. To turn up for the second appointment without the correct amount of product to complete the job - one begins to wonder. To try and discuss these issues with Jamie Leighton who did not want to listen and basically tried to blame the customer - will not be using the company again. Bill Hamilton

Do not use these people they do not give the quality that they say they do, our kitchen is a sham and they don't come and repair it on the days they say they will. Ours is 5 years old and only lasted 4 , we paid £22000 for it and you can get better quality from * *** * for £500 .....
