Was going to book my dog in but when walking past the I saw a groomer in there with some kind of kids toy pointed at a dog, described it to a friend and its apparently a vortex machine, it creates a noise and a blast of air, I saw her using it to scare a dog into being quiet, I wouldn't ever think of booking my dog in there glad I saw what she does before I booked, guess she hides that little trick from her clients as they wouldn't go there if they knew she deliberately scares dogs into shutting up, she should be ashamed of herself.
