CAMERATIKS - EDINBURGH, EDH

The staff in this shop are beyond rude. I recently used them to copy a photograph. the product i received was both late and of poor poor quality. When I complained I was belittled and patronised by the staff. They refused to refund me. Why is this shop still in business?

Thie staff are generally un-helpful, unless you know exactly what your looking for. It's almost as though they are doing you a favour by serving you. They have the unbridled knack of being patronising and aloof.

Popped in a few times for information and advice with the view of purchasing equipment there and then, end result was walking out with no purchase. Reason was dull uninterested attitude.

I have only once visited this shop, but phoned several times re. old camera repairs and found the staff knowledgeable and helpful, so much so, I will continue to shop with them even though I live in Fife..
