The new owners, Care Co-ops, are running the business as a social enterprise supporting people with mental health issues. The plants available are veg and annuals. They no longer seem to have perennials or shrubs. Mind you what they have is still fairly good value.
This nursery exists to provide people with learning or mental health difficulties with meaningful work opportunities. The plant range whilst limited is cheap and of an excellent quality. It is soon to move from NHS control to a Social Enterprise company who have ambitious plans to develop the nursery further providing more work opportunities
