Absolutely terrible, was told that I would have taxi by 9.10am but to be ready for 9am just incase ... I was catching a train to see my grandchildren in haverfordwest... I of course missed that connection as the driver turned up at 09.17am! So precious time lost with my beautiful grandsons ! No immediate apology for being late in the 1st instance, only consolation was I did not pay the fare and that was only confirmed by myself having to talk to someone in charge ! Never use this company again . If they thought they could not get there in time they should not of let me book it if they had any doubt... most other companies would of taken you to your destination as it was their fault .. never mind they do not really care at the end of the day !
