ECOSAVE INSULATION LTD - DUMBARTON, DU

Sadly I can't recommend ...i had them persuade me to take the deal to have boiler and underfloor insulation done and was told it would be free..i wasn't able to have the boiler fitted because no one got back to me and it was over Christmas.. i waited and waited thinking they must be busy and was told by the men who fitted the insulation under floor not to worry but they would get to me in time..i was very ill and in hospital and came home on 14th March because of lockdown and hospital sorted out emergency med package in case ambulance didn't get to me in time...i stop breathing. So terrible for my 67yr old husband to be doing a paramedics job as they were unsure of corona virus pressures..ive been shielding all these months and now businesses are opening i contacted this company to ask when my boiler instulation can be done...Mr Robertson of the company said it had to be fitted in six months...and that it made no difference that I was disabled and in hospital or that the lockdown meant I couldn't have people in my house...im heart broken to be treated like this..i tried to explain and Mr Robertson was trying to say they came to my house on January 6th..but I'm always home..i have agoraphobia and my husband was also home..and we hadn't made an appointment or heard from anyone since the young men fitted the underfloor insulation...im sorry to not be able to speak well of this situation..i asked that they redo the application but they refused..i asked which company they received their grant for saying my house was completed and he refused to give me the information because I wanted to contact them..now I will have to live with a boiler that breaks down when they persuaded me to take this in the first place then once I signed a bit of paper to give them rights to get the money from the energy company..they refused to fit it saying that the lockdown overlapping the six months made no difference..six months was six months and that was that..then he put the phone down on me.

It would appear that this company is run by scam merchants who, for some reason will visit your property carry out a survey, firm up arrangements for the work to be carried out and then fail to appear. Obviously, this means I became curious about the company and its history - and believe me - it isrun by people who have a history of failing and association with liquidated companies!!!!!
