Not a safe company. the taxi that was sent to collect me and my friends was unfit for service. The drivers side front wheel broke apart whilst on the dual cardirgdge way. the inside of the wheel was worn down to the wire. and the opposite side was deflated. http://imgur.com/rmVt6Om http://imgur.com/RwkjzzL i contacted dispatch and whilst discussing the unsafe nature of the taxi i was told to sod off and was hungup on. We had to organise another taxi. i will never use Dial-a-Cab again. if you do use their service please check the cab over first.
Used the Taxi firm for first time March 2018. Found the 6 month new Taxi was excellent for electrical wheelchair and passenger. The Driver, Graham was great and methodical with the ramp, strapping for the wheelchair and explained well on how I was to move the wheelchair in correct position. He was also a careful good driver. Would definitely Dial A Cab from them again.
