ROSSMORE LEISURE CENTRE - POOLE, DO

I'm disappointed from the customer service on the reception. In Saturday I went there. It was 7pm and i wanted to use the swimming poole and the guy on the reception said me that i missed the time for the day and after that i asked for using the gym and he answered me again the same without saying me that i need some introduction for the gym. I asked for time table for the other day and he said me that i can swim after 6 pm. He didn`t give me time table in Saturday. On the other day i went agane there it was 5 :30 pm . The guy behind the reception wasn`t the same. I wanted the same things from him. he said me that every swimming is finishing at 6 pm so I can`t use the swimming poole. For the gym he said me that I need induction so i can`t use it too,but this guy gave me a time table. I am person with more than 10 years expiriance in different gyms . Never anybody has wanted from me induction for gym for just one visit. So I wasted only my time and weekend because i am leaving 3 miles from the place of center and i walked to there, because at the moment my car is on service, but doesnt' matter. If i was by car , wasting of fuel. They couldn`t win me like a customer. I have visited this place before once and i can say that it is nothing special and theare are realy better lesuire centers in the around area.
