OASIS CLOTHING STORE - POOLE, DO

Hi, Just wanted to say thanks to Beth, (Oasis in Beales, Poole), for her excellent customer service. I bought a jacket last year which unfortunately fell apart, (exchanged for same), but the same thing happened again. No quibble or fuss, Beth made sure that I was refunded, and assured me Oasis would asses the jacket and replace it with a more sturdy one... Yesterday I came back to see if the same jacket had been replaced, and delighted to see that it was, and Beth was there again to show me the jacket. I didn't have time to buy it at the time, but Beth put one aside for me, which I picked up today... I am delighted with my new jacket and want to thank Beth for all she has done to ensure I got my beautiful jacket...Beth is a credit to Oasis and Beals, and sincerely hope she is recognised for going the extra mile to ensure customers return satisfied. I could have gone to any other shop, or bought on-line, to find another jacket, but I'm glad I returned to Oasis, as there's nothing like personal service, and Beth delivers just that! I am puzzled that i couldn't return a dress in this oasis concession at beales because i bought the garment at an oasis shop in Bournemouth. Why is this? I cannot find reason in T&C. Very, very nconvenient.
