On Thursday 28 March, I caught two buses to Tesco specifically to print photographs for a Mothers Day gift at the Max Spielmann photographers. I arrived at 10:15 and found the Max Spielmann area closed and made enquiries. I was told the employee had not turned up for work and they went off to contact him on his mobile. I waited for 20 minutes and was joined in the wait by a gentleman. We both left after enquiring yet again and being told they’d had no success in contacting the employee. I rang for a taxi and had my photographs printed in Boots. Very disappointed.
