HIGHCLIFFE COMPREHENSIVE SCHOOL - HIGHCLIFFE, DO

I attended Highcliffe between 1970 and 1975. The school had just become a Comprehensive, having until then been Christchurch Grammar,
Plenty of happy memories and not many bad ones. Some opportunities I wish I had taken advantage of, but I guess that's common. Unless the school has changed horribly. I'd recommend it to parents and pupils, and would have happily have sent my son there had I not relocated. Thanks to all the teaching staff, with perhaps the exception of Mr xxxx the PE teacher who wrote on my first end of year report; 'Tries hard with limited success'. It was, a tad harsh I felt at the time but, looking back...horribly perceptive. Nick Haines.
