I am delighted with the team at Spring Plans, I found the young man David extremely helpful when setting up my plan, and, when my washing machine broke down they had an engineer with me within a couple of days, and as it couldn't be economically repaired they had a replacement delivered within 48hrs!! Overall I would recommend getting a quote from them l found them cheaper and a better device than my last provider.
The experience with this company has been mixed. At first I was unsure whether I needed insurance but I decided to do it just in case, then I found out that I already had something but was coerced into staying with them, as in fairness they were cheaper. This company really redeemed itself when I had money problems and the payment didn't go through. They were understanding and fair and have always been very kind to me. A chap named David was particularly helpful and I would say this is the best company i have been with for customer service. They answer calls quick and are always happy to help.
