I have tried twice this morning to get through on the telephone to the Exeter, High Street shop. nobody bothers to answer. and it is a phone shop !!!! I wanted to ensure that my GURU appointment for Monday 30th Nov had been cancelled, as I have to go into Hospital. Roy Edwards Ref A-6401546
Pathetic customer service!! It was non-existent as no one answered my 'phone call after holding for 11 minutes. This was the second call today with the first one telling me that they couldn't answer the call and that I couldn't leave a message. On reflection there has been NO customer service: very poor! RP
