I use the Dorchester Branch and brought in 2 Duvets to be cleaned. The staff there made a mistake and although a priority customer charged the wrong amount. When I came to pick up the duvets and paid, unfortunately the till wasn't working but the girl serving was from the Exeter branch and said I should have a refund . She arranged everything from her branch in Exeter and I promptly received a phone call on the following Monday to say I am due to get some refund. I really thought the young lady called Claire went out of her way to rectify someone's mistake. I think she is a true asset to the Company and takes her work seriously. Thank you Claire.
