waste of money
In short, don’t waste your money/terrible experience start to finish. Go to a reputable company.
1.Not a studio but a shed like structure at the back of the garden/shabby, not very clean and cold.
2.Photos are dull due to the poor lighting.
3.No props available to use/photographer lacks imagination.
4.Our child who has autism called ‘problem child’
5.Images shown on computer screen and photographer plays with them until you are happy/the image agreed is not what you are given.
6.Frames poor quality as metal bit to help photos stand fell off/Frame has also scratched my sideboard.
7.Made to order and pay in full straight after shoot/no thinking time or private space to discuss
9.Emailed complaint and on request popped in/told not made an appointment.
11.Rang 10 times to arrange appointment.none available.refusal to answer my call.Put phone down. Very unprofessional.
12.End Product worse than school photograph.charged £125 for 10x8 photo
