The shop has everything anyone would desire. Also friendly staff. Shop well laid out. Problems:- the toilets only get cleaned first thing in the morning and are filthy by noon. Have requested them to be cleaned but refused. The cafe staff are too slow, cutlery doesn't get cleaned properly and is unavailable often due to them not having time to wash them.
Visited this store on 8th Oct,.seen inflatable chair on offer £14_99 while stocks last. Returned to store on 10th Oct to purchase it, still on offer, when I get to till, product comes up full price. Cashier called customer service assistant ,who informed me they were not allowed to changed the price ADVERTISED and refused to sell it to me unless I payed full price. I left the store very disappointed
