very poor customer service when visiting this branch. They will go to any length not to serve you at the desk. Experienced it more than once. Today my wife reached one of the desks to be served only for the clerk to come from behind the desk to ask what service she required. My wife told her she wanted to deposit a cheque and withdraw some money. The clerk then instructed her to use one of the machines to deposit the cheque, after waiting a few minutes another clerk showed how to deposit the cheque. then directed her to another machine withdraw some cash another line of customers. Each time we visit this branch we are asked to use the automated tills. until today we have declined prefering to be served in person today we submitted to the requests result waited in three lines to complete our transactions. We been asked in other Halifax branches before however in a polite manner. plus an understanding when we have declined . Mold branch today had four staff on the floor directing people to service tills .
