The staff are good and look after you well,
the surgeon was excellent. However if you
have any problems as I did the aftercare is
abysmal, and is not included in the initial
price they quote for the operation, they
charge for everything even if the problems
were caused by the operation (if you are
insured this will not matter) I was self pay.
Their customer relations do not want to know
and pass the book all the time. I am still
waiting for a full explanation of the
problems I have since my operation four
months on.
Also if you need aftercare treatments and you
are self pay then shop around, They charged
me £125 for a treatment that S... do for
£22.
My mother unfortunately had to spend much
time in here last year. The staff is nice and
friendly. The food is great and the care in
the ICU is really super
I had an operation here. The doctor is very
very good, the nurses are friendly and very
competent. I felt on good hands!
