I thought I had signed up to a contract with this shop. They have informed EE billing of an entirely different billing amount which is more expensive. I have been to the shop at least six times to try to rectify, they pretend it has been done and I then receive a bill for the more expensive amount. I have called EE accounts, written to them, emailed them now for three months and I am passed back to the EEshop (in the arcade) who of course have no idea how this had happened. I was with Talk talk with similar nightmare CS experiences. I have been mis-sold apparently. Ombudsman and fair tarding next. Sick to death of poor service in the IT market.
