Nightmare... Dodgy outside light fitted at my disabled neighbours property by Rob his employee. Seen nice enough decent blokes. The light however hasn't worked on & off since late Dec 2018. Boss attended once b4 but was just trip switch issue at lady's home. He didn't even recognise this product, said it's NOT one of his- yet "his employee" fitted it! It's useless & this disabled lady has tripped & fallen outside X3 since Dec, attended hospital last time recently. Nobody answers his Office Home Number & he rarely answers mobile. She's in pitch blackness still almost 3 months later but has been badly let down. If he a answers Fob's her off saying he's still away working in Ipswich. The Rob bloke said he's "allegedly" called round, but she's housebound & it's a BIG LIE. ALL VERY DISAPPOINTED. Hence zero stars for Customer Service!!! :( Won't let me give No Stars - so lucky him got only 1!
