Do manic is very good with customer service and tries to help as much as he can, overall the staff are very friendly, however on loosing a gift card with £80 on it they told me they could not replace, this is in correct as customer service can locate if you know when you last used it and replaces straight away.
There is an Asian lady that works there. She is very friendly and always willing to help with a smile.
On Friday night I went into your altrincham store. I was met and greeted by a young lady on your jewelry counter. Danielle was pleasant , helpful and a great pleasure to meet.
