COSTA COFFEE - ALTRINCHAM, CH

Visited Altrincham yesterday with my hubby. We decided to go to Costa where usually we have a good experience. Not so here. It was chaotic. Too many staff behind the counter getting in each other's way. When it came to my husband being served he presented a salad that I ordered and wanted to order drinks. However, the drinks assistant didn't acknowledge he was ahead in the queue and wanted serving but asked generally to the whole queue did anybody want a drink????? The person behind my husband in the queue piped up what he wanted to which my husband said he was before him and an altercation then took place to which my husband could not believe. The other person was obviously the aggressive type. We will not be going here again until the staff are properly trained in managing customer service. Thank you.

Visited altrincham for the 1st time to do some shopping. Went in Costa and was served by the manager. She was very polite and friendly which was nice to experience in this day and age, I had a lovely latte and relaxed for 20 mins before leaving ready to carry on my shopping. :-)
