Sales went down initially but I thought I'd give them time. 7 months later things hadn't improved so I tried to cancel. This is when I found out what the company are really like. They continued to take money from my debit card after I had asked to cancel and when I requested a refund they tried to tell me that work had already been done for this payment. I find this strange as the month before I had to chase them up for the work I had paid for (4 weeks after they had taken payment). I was finally sent that content 2 days later. Use the money for Facebook or Google ads instead. I have and the sales have already improved! In the meantime I'll keep chasing for my money back..... Paul

Not being the most technological minded person I was a bit wary of getting involved with a SEO and web design company, however I was greatly impressed with the level of care and attention that the members of staff at Creare paid to me. I would like to say a particular thanks to Jarkko who was very understanding about my inexperience in this area. Although their was a slight delay in results, I was soon on the first page of Google and receiving large amounts of enquiries about our services. I would defiantly recommend Creare to anyone looking to break into the SEO market.

We came to Creare after working with a previous SEO company who made our website disappear from Google rankings. As soon as we entered the department, they were quick to identify that we had been hit by a Google penalty due to spammy techniques by our last company.
We were informed that a specialist team were taking care of getting the penalty revoked, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Now our site is no longer under penalty, everything is going from strength to strength. Our positions are gradually improving and we’re seeing more customers finding our site again.

We knew a little about SEO before we joined Creare and how Google’s updates can impact negatively upon rankings, which is something we were slightly nervous about beforehand, but with Creare’s commitment to staying on top of the ever changing SEO industry, we had no reason to worry. Combining PPC with SEO, we saw immediate results from our PPC whilst our SEO got up and running, but it wasn’t long before our listings started to appear in the search results and we began making our way upwards! We are sent clear and concise reports on a regular basis which are always backed up with a phone call where we can discuss the performance of the campaign and set out what the plan is for moving forward.
Every person I have spoken to at Creare, from the initial sales person through to my PPC consultant, SEO consultant and even content writer has a clear understanding of my company, the campaign overall and as a result are all pushing in the same direction, with the ranking results and traffic coming through to our website a clear vindication of this.
