Wish I'd gone somewhere else. Cant believe how upset I am with my haircut. I took a photo in with me of how my hair has been cut in the past as I wanted to go back to that look. The person cutting my hair said it was lovely b.ut the result is nothing like it I've come home with a very poor cut, been cut way too short at the back and looks nothing like it was supposed to. They even dried in down and under when in the photograph it is styled with texture, movement and flicked up at the side. I am left thinking it is a lack of skill, poor training and bad customer service. If I could give them no stars I would have chosen that option.
