Brilliant good customer service

I would just like to say , i had an interview at cabot circus claires accesories with the manager called m*****. I went in for my interview and according to myself i thought the interview went well and i was told by the manager m***** that i would be notified by phone call later on in the week. I waited for a few days but had no calls which i thought was very very disrespectful. I then decided to call the shop myself and i was kept on hold for 10 minutes which i found very unproffesional. I then put the phne down and called back and the same thing happened i was placed on hold. I then called back a third time and finally the manager was ready to speak with me. I asked her why i had no call bak and she replied i was in a meeting. She then told me she reviewed the interviews and she could not give me the job and could only employ me for 4 hours and pay me 30 pounds a month. I was in total shock. She told me she had employed christmas temps and left me hanging at the bottomn. I told her it was not worth my while and i did not want to work 4 hours for 30 quid a month. I previously have worked for nhs for 12 years and have alot of experience with team work and im reliable and self motivated and the way i was treated was unfair and i simply put it down to racism. I will not be going to claires again. I thank god now i did not get the job offer.
