This place should be avoided at all costs, whilst the initial service is up to scratch the problems you will have will come after, they use poor quality replacements that will cause issue with your phones. I went in to have a new screen they offered a discount if I replaced the battery at the same time which I accepted.that was fine but 8 weeks later my screen mysteriously cracked on inspection I found that the battery had swollen causing the screen to crack and the phone to overheat. when I returned it and complained to the manager he told me that it was my fault as I had overcharged the battery when I pointed out to him that it was impossible to over charge an I-phone he told me to Google it, and that I had used an unauthorised charger ( which I had not done) he refused to replace the battery or the screen but rude and condescending manner offered me a discount in order to rectify the damage he had caused to my phone. I Went into the mobile phone repair shop opposite, they confirmed that it is impossible to overcharge the batteery they inspected the phone and told me that it had been damaged by use of a poor quality second hand battery and it would cost £130 to rectify by way of new battery with a one year guarantee a new screen with a lifetime guarantee and to fix the damage to the board that the battery had caused BTW I later googled overcharging an iPhone and as I thought utter rubbish it's not possible to overcharge a lithium battery. As stated at the beginning of this review avoid this place like the plague unless you want your phone damaged the expense of having to put it right and having to deal with a manager who quite frankly doesn't give a s---
