SPARKS AUTO ELECTRICAL - BRISTOL, BR

Told by the Owner Darren he didn't care that i was not happy with the work carried out and was not even bothered to listen to my issues with the work carried out. Told me i was stupid and clueless because i didn't understand the electrical side of the car was rude and continued to swear at me down the phone. Have never experienced service like i did from them in my whole life and would warn anyone to stay clear from this garage if you were ever thinking of using them. My Car went into them for a flooded ECU which they fixed but failed to fix where the water was coming from so within 4 months it had flooded again. When my car had broken down i had it towed to Sparks again for them to let me know what was wrong with it this time only to be told its latest issues were Gear box related and i had to take it to a different garage. This i did only to find out it had nothing to do with the Gear box at all and it was the same ECU issue that they were meant to have fixed 4 months previous. When i called to enquire as to why this could have happened i was given a load of abuse down the phone by the owner Darren told he didn't care and it was my issue now and that they do not guarantee any work. Do yourself a favour and right another garage as they are a classic case of "pay cheap pay twice"

Absolutely brilliant service. Let me wait whilst they fixed an on going problem no other garage (even specialist) could resolve. Would defiantly recommend to anyone

My alternator was refurbished and was returned not properly mended. It was returned and repaired again and still didn't work. It was returned again and not properly tested on a very old test rig just to show me it was fine but the test was not correctly done and the alternator is still not working. No refund offered, no working alternator, no 12 month warranty, so I am out of pocket. I have replaced the alternator for a new one at less cost than the rebuild.

Very good service broke down with kids gave me priority thought service was excellent
