We contacted these to fix a broken ariel and a pixelating picture. £102 charged by J** and still the problem persisted , he did call back eventually and gave my wife alot of waffle about watching in HDonly. The picture stil pielated in HD. Contacted Absolute but the simply choose not to reply, so we had an enginner in from our provider whom condemed Absolute and stated it was and ariel and connection issue. As Jay made it clear by ignoring our request to rectify their work at cost we had another company out. Whom carried out the work we paid Absolute for and cleared up the problem, they to condemed Absolute and commented they give the trade a bad name. It is your hard earned money you decide , Absolute Cowboys would be a more apt name.
