REFLECTIONS HAIR THORNBURY - BRISTOL, BR

My name is Joanne cullin and at 9.00 on 26th sept 2017 Sophie coloured cut and treated my hair. AMAZING!!! She made my experience very enjoyable, she washed my hair and put a conditioner treatment on and massaged it in, she was kind and asked lots of questions a lovely lady thankyou xxxx

Awful experience at reflections, though I use to go there every so often to get my highlights redone, so developed a friendly bond with the hairdresser as most girls tend to do, if you’ve been going to the same hair dresser more than twice. Me and my long term boyfriend both use to go to Reflections and use to get our hair done/cut by the same woman. My boyfriend told me that she (our hair dresser), had gotten his number out of the customers book and texted him, which she ‘hoped he didn’t mind’. He no longer goes there, as it would be an awkward experience now for the both of us. Once I asked her why she had done that (in a respectful manner) she started to make up lies and tried to cause problems within my relationship. But later talking about it I found out that she had done the same thing to other people and apparently has a name for it.

It is very unprofessional to use your customers contact number for your own personal needs outside your work time and place of work. Due to her actions I have lost a lot of respect for reflections on Whiteladies, and I’m afraid she has lost reflections many customers as people are disgusted by her behaviour. What is more disappointing is that it was the actions of the manageress of Whiteladies. Carla Green. Who should provide a professional as well as a relaxing and refreshing environment, but instead have caused a lot of distress and problems for her customers.

I don’t want to criticize all Reflections, as I’m sure other ones around Bristol, one being Park Street are probably very good, and hopefully don’t have staff like Carla. Its put me off going to a reflection purely because of the experience and the upset she had caused, and basically don’t want anything to remind me of that experience…
