I ordered a Garmin cycling GPS online thru halfords website, picked it up in store, the model I ordered was an ex demo, the store assistant only gave me part of the purchase, I only discovered this on returning home, I sent halfords text and email asking for advise, no response to either, so I went to my local Halfords (Bath) to return it, it was bought in Cycle republic Bristol, they informed that they couldn't take it back but would contact the store in Bristol, which they did, the personnel at Bristol Cycle republic have been awesome, above and beyond, the original store person who had served me left the store, sounds like he was not being a great employee...... Ben at this store has really been great, completely kept his word on sorting out the mess the original person created, I was really impressed when the store manager (Chris) personally delivered the replacement to my house, thank you both, you are both a real credit to Cycle Republic Bristol. Ben you have been fantastic and I hope someone reads this review from your head office and acknowledges your commitment to customer satisfaction, TOP MARKS from me.... Am disappointed by not having any follow up from Halfords when I emailed my problem via the web page, however Ben and Chris certainly made up for this and if anyone from Halfords corporate office reads this I certainly hope that you acknowledge the service provided by these 2 outstanding individuals, also thank you to the customer service at the Bath store.
