Waited patiently for 10 minutes to be acknowledged by the girl behind the counter, who I could see was busy with orders. There were about 5 other people waiting for their orders, but a simple hello and I'll be with you as soon as I can would have been fine. The other staff were equally uninterested in serving so I left without ordering in the end. Very disappointed.
