WATCHSHOP.COM COMPLAINTS - READING, BE

Purchased a watch from them for our daughter's Christmas present. It doesn't work. Have spent since Boxing Day sending e mails and trying to call every day. They ignore the e mails and don't answer the phones. They also ignore messages on facebook messenger. Please don't use them,they have know customer care at all - all it seems they are interested in is taking your money. Wished I had seen some of the reviews on here first - I just checked them out on trustpilot where their reviews are ok, if I had seen reviews on other sites I defintely would not have purchased from them.

I ordered a Hugo Boss watch recently for a friend, and put my own address down as the delivery address. I got an email to say that my watch has been delivered to go home and find that no watch has been delivered, when I called Watch Shop the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful and told me that I have to wait 40 days for them to "investigate" what has happened. I am an unhappy customer, with no watch and no money. Do NOT recommend this company!

Do not buy from this company!!!!! I ordered a Links of London pen for a friends birthday. It arrived in a plain box with no guarantee. I emailed and they said they would send the box and guarantee out to me, that is nearly three weeks ago!!!!! I have made numerous phone calls and sent emails where I've been assured the box has been sent. Three weeks later and still no box, this company is a joke!!!! I've been told I now have to wait 48 hours for a manager to call me!!!! Do not use this company!!!!!! If I could give it no stars I would!

I bought birthday present for my wife. Two days later parcel came in perfect condition but after opening I got empty box. Phoned straight away to customers service- no help at all. I sent empty box back to them. After week phoning and emailed evidence (photos) numerous times finnaly received watch .cost my family a lot of stress. No apologies no discounts. For watch it can give 5 stars for the rest 1 it's to much

I ordered a watch for my wife for Christmas. It is now ten days and the watch not arrived. I phoned so many times no joy. Staff at customer services very rude not helpful specially two italians lea and Christina they promised that manager will be in touch within 24 hours.... why the government let this kind behaviours to happened they already claimed the money from my bank but not watch I m really angry and also what the hell i m going to do with this cowboy business???????
