TUDBALL (OPTICIANS) LTD - CLEVEDON, AV

Lovely staff and amazing service! I recently called in at Tudball Opticians. The staff put me at ease from my first step in the door. The welcoming receptionist greeted me with a smile and showed me to a seat. It was only minutes before the owner and her lovely canine assistant saw me and I was booked in for an appointment at the end of that week. I browsed all their frames and the owner made a few suggestions; what to try and what looked good. The eye test was very thorough; it turns out I needed a little help with close up work. Thankfully the rest of my vision was still 20/20. I picked a frame from the wide selection and was pleasantly surprised by the cost; very reasonable. The glasses were ready for collection three days later; very fast! I returned to collect the glasses and have them fitted (I didn't know that was a thing!) and received the same warm welcome from staff and canine assistant! A thoroughly pleasant experience!
