Great lighting, but really terrible at dealing with people. Enquired recently about a product on email, got a quick if rather brisk reply, but when we went into the shop....we were completely ignored! The owner walked past us to leave, without a word, the other guy kept his back to us the entire time and didn't even acknowledge us! unbelievable, and we won't be coming back.
Terrible service by a company who do not
understand basic customer service concepts,
ie. promising deliveries that do not show
up.
